Individual Blue Flag Campaign Private leisure craft owners in Britain, Denmark, Norway and Sweden are being encouraged to take an active role in cleaning up the North Sea with the introduction of the Individual Blue Flag Award. A spin-off of the Blue Flag Campaign for cleaner beaches, this international campaign has been set up by the non-profit Foundation for Environmental Education.
