Moray Firth Trail
Spectacular scenery, great coastal walks and interesting things to see and do for all the family - the Moray Firth Trail looks set to become part of our “natural health service”.
Aberdeenshire Coastal Trail
The Aberdeenshire Coastal Path is part of the North Sea Trail. Aberdeenshire Council Planning and Environment Services has produced a guide and series of maps showing the waymarked trail. Not all of the route is waymarked but as the remaining sections are completed, the maps will be updated.
North Sea Trail
The North Sea Trail is a European funded project that promotes access to and enjoyment of coastal walking trails and local heritage. The trail is made up of over 3,000km of walks around the coastline of six North European countries – Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK. In the Moray Firth area, the Moray Coast Trail between Forres and Cullen is the first section to be officially signposted as part of the North Sea Trail.
